Datasets #

The benchmark manifest contains 200 single-cell datasets: 100 scRNA-seq and 100 scATAC-seq entries. Public GEO/ENA metadata are used where available, and restricted-access records are retained with public-safe identifiers so the paper figures and site stay aligned without exposing nonpublic accessions.
