AutoSelect

Describe a lightweight task profile. The Router returns a transparent recommendation or an evidence-aware refusal.

Synthetic evidence preview. This release cannot support biological claims.

No expression matrix or cell-level data leaves this browser.

Data

Describe the assay and cell count. Unknown scale is a first-class choice and is not invented as a band.

Modality

Which assay generated this dataset?

Scale

Approximate cell count, or Unknown if the band is not known.

Thesis traceability atlas

13 identities

Thirteen published method identities

This atlas records provenance and the application handoff across the thesis layers. It is a non-executable traceability view, not a leaderboard and not a claim that every method is available through the browser Router.

Thesis integration

Thirteen publications, one traceable application layer

AutoSelect is the reproducibility bridge across the thesis line: it makes method identity, evidence provenance, and downstream configuration visible without turning the published results into a universal leaderboard. The thesis atlas contains 13 identities; the interactive ranking remains a separate 3-candidate synthetic release, and the Model Router is local infrastructure rather than a browser API.

The application layer is a traceable software resource. AutoSelect evaluates profiles against the synthetic browser release; four pinned method contracts (LiVAE, CODE, GNODEVAE, and LAIOR) are now shape-checked, and the dedicated scRL adapter now has a bounded synthetic CPU runtime receipt. Its scrl-adapter-v1 protocol is backed by a source-tree compiler binding. That binding is now recorded and executed against the pinned source, giving the thesis line a reproducible application handoff. The public catalogue remains deliberately non-executable while its software-resource and holdout gates are kept explicit.
